lllustrator, graphic designer, toy designer, inventor, digital animator, storyboard artist and writer are just some of the hats George has worn in his professional career. A graduate of Chicago's American Academy of Art, his work has appeared on pinball and video games, Dungeons & Dragons' publications and retail toys and games. He served as a Senior Director of Creative Development for McDonald's Happy Meal toys for over a decade. His true love however is oil painting. Influences such as John Singer Sargent, N.C. Wyeth, Howard Pyle, Norman Rockwell, Gil Elvgren and Frank Frazetta have provided inspiration to pursue this passion. He currently resides in the Chicago area accepting commissions and providing concept design and digital/traditional graphics for the commercial art world. |
