CORNERSTONE
is a space where creative individuals can showcase their art. If you are
interested in showing your work, please fill out the form below and
submit it along with slides, photos or CD, and a brief statement about your
work. There
is no charge to submit your work. If accepted, there is a $60 hanging
fee which covers your share of hanging the show, promotion,
advertising, printing, mailing, and refreshments for the openings. ALL
FEES ARE DUE IN ADVANCE AND ARE NOT REFUNDABLE SHOULD AN ARTIST DECIDE
TO DROP OUT OF A SHOW. If your work is sold, the gallery will take a 20%
commission, if the work is purchased with a credit card their will be a
25% commission.. You may replace a sold work with
another accepted work for the duration of your show. All work must be
for sale and ready for hanging. Shows
run for at least thirty days and each show will have opening receptions
on Friday and Saturday. You are expected to appear, being there to discuss your work with our patrons may
increase your sales. With
your acceptance package, you will receive drop-off and pick-up times.
Please adhere to this schedule. CORNERSTONE is NOT responsible for work
left after the pick-up date. There is a $50 charge for work left after
the pick-up date. Because
of the short duration of our shows, CORNERSTONE cannot insure your work.
You may wish to insure your work through your home insurance. Please
make a copy of this form and return a copy to Cornerstone. Please
list your work on a separate sheet. Include title, medium, size, and
your suggested retail price for EACH piece. When determining price, may
we suggest that our buyers’ market is between $25-$2,000. Be sure to
label all slides or photos. Include a short statement about yourself and
your work. You may choose to e-mail your images and information to our
website. Or, you may schedule an appointment to leave your work at the
gallery to be juried. We
will inform you, approximately one week after we receive
your packet, if you are juried into the gallery and which pieces we wish
to exhibit. Depending upon size, we generally will accept about five to
six pieces per artist. By

be accepted to show with Cornerstone. Print
